Arc Mini

The Arc Mini is an amazingly simple solution. Using just one USB-C cable is awesome, and the device worked straight out of the box without installing the software. The amp is strong, and it sounds great to me. The metal housing and extremely smooth volume knob makes the device feel very premium and solid. But the main reason why I am writing this review is because of the support provided for it. To be clear, I have not had any issues with the Arc Mini - it works flawlessly. But I have contacted support a few times and was met with quick replies that went above and beyond. Knowing that there is a 10 year warranty with this level is support is very reassuring.
